IFIOK ESANG
Founder
Ifiok is a Project Management professional with over 14 years’ experience working internationally as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Management Office Lead, Project Consultant, Business Planner, Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach with multi-nationals across automotive manufacturing, information technology and oil and gas.
He has served on major projects in the United Kingdom with Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Technologies Europe, and Tata Motors; and in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector with Chevron Nigeria Limited.
He holds a master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick in England and is a graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana.
He is a certified Agile Coach, Advanced Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Project Manager, Projects and Program Management Office (PMO) Consultant, Lean Sigma Facilitator, and training facilitator with multiple certifications in project management, process improvement and information technology.
Ifiok is also a keen advocate of the application of “soft skills” in everyday life; as such he also facilitates soft skills training and mentoring sessions in partnership with individuals and organizations.
